Gong & Sound Bath Sessions in Gower | Relax, Release & Restore
Join me on the 2nd Thursday of every month at Horton Village Hall SA3 1LB for a soothing and restoring relaxation
What is a Gong Bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that uses resonant instruments—such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice—to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. A Gong Bath uses Gongs as the main instrument.
As you lie comfortably, gentle waves of sound will wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, release stress, and restore natural harmony within. Sound therapy works on a vibrational level, supporting your nervous system, clearing energetic blockages, and promoting emotional and physical well-being.
Whether you're new to sound healing or seeking a moment of stillness in a busy world, a sound bath offers a nourishing space to reconnect with yourself. No experience necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
What to Expect from a Gong Bath?
You’ll need to bring a yoga mat with you, plus comfortable clothing, pillow and blankets, anything to help you feel as restful as possible. And then that’s it…. there’s really nothing for you to do.
I will guide you into our Sound and Gong Bath, and then gently bring you back towards the end of the session.
And hopefully you’ll leave feeling restored and nourished.

As a Singer, DJ, and Sound Practitioner, I live and breathe music. Having taught yoga, pilates and movement for nearly twenty years, I can help people feel more at home in their bodies, and better able to regulate their nervous systems; discovering the power of sound baths was a revelation … the perfect fusion of two lifelong passions!
I’m excited to be training as a Sound Therapy Practitioner, and when I qualify later this year, I’ll be able to offer 1-1 Sound Therapy sessions, alongside the group Sound Baths I already run.
